I am still working away at my in-laws Jack Russell afghan and am excactly halfway done. keep your fingers crossed I can get it done in 2 weeks!

I also started a scarf froma pattern over at Ravelry to do when I still need a fiber fix but don't want to pull out the afghan.

Close up of stitches:

Snow is supposedly on the way! Chant with me! Snow Day! Snow Day!

The scarf looks great so far. Love the color. We got our first snow of the season yesterday, but nothing stuck!

I love the scarf. I am designing two scarves now. I love the color you are using too. I heard the snow was passing me by....well that just really bummed me out....I sooo want some snow....it rarely snows my way, at least not enough to make me happy. LOL Hope you get some though. Stay warm!

Hi Caroline! Long time, no see! After the long hard and miserable move, the worst is over with, and it feels good to be visiting and catching up with everybody I've missed for so long!!.. Your tree looks beautiful!.. and I LOVE that mitten Santa with the button-beard! I would LOVE to try to make those for people next year maybe!! I AM, however, thinking of doing another one of your mice sometime soon, if I can just find the TIME!! (There's so very little of it these days!).. Oh, I also loved the little mouse sitting in a sombrero ornament, which you got from a student. My Dear Daughter would LOVE something like that if I could find one!.. It's funny as I hear you chant for snow days, I know my daughter is doing the SAME THING here!! (0; Hope this finds you and yours well, and enjoying the holiday season! I look forward to visiting with you again soon! ~tina
