I know I've been missing from the blogging world, but life has gotten crazy. Kids with strep, our main drain to the house backed up, tons of grading to do at school,.. etc.etc.etc. I'm working on completing Christina's purse it should be in the mail soon. sigh...........

T-shirts

I just splurged the other day and bought these 2 shirts. I just love them. They are the first things I've bought in a long time that truly reflect me. My kids are apalled, my DH thinks I'm crazy, but I'm content!

What a game! Yeah for the Jayhawks! I hope we'll finally get some respect! The game was a blast to watch and I whipped this up during the game so I could wear it to school today. My students loved it!

My package arrived from my secret pal. She is from Australia and I'm in awe and humbled by her generosity and intuition for picking out things that I'm going to love.Here's a picture of the entire package:

My very own scissors! These are mine all mine! Only a mom with kids can truly appreciate how much I'm going to enjoy always having my very own scissors. No more gluey and gummy Safe-T ones for me! LOL!


Look at all this yarn. It's wool and must be a brand from down under. I cna't wait to try it! I'm thinking some ami's or a FBB. Stay tuned I will post what I decide!
